For more than five decades, our family has worked in the coffee-growing region of Berlin, Usulutan, where each generation has learned to care for the farm, the harvest, and the people behind it.

Our story is built on the daily work of coffee production: preparing the soil, caring for the trees, selecting cherries at harvest, and processing each lot with attention. These practices are part of a tradition passed from one generation to the next. They are also part of the reason our coffee carries a clear Salvadoran identity.

The farm location in the Salvadoran highlands gives our coffee a unique character. The altitude, climate, and volcanic soils contribute to the flavor and aroma that define our beans. Each variety reflects both the natural conditions of the region and the experience of the people who cultivate it.

Over the years, coffee has been more than a crop for our family. It has been a way to create work, build relationships, and stay connected to the communities around the farm. La Loma Quality Coffee was created to bring that history into a modern market without losing the values that shaped it.

Today, we serve customers who want more than an anonymous bag of coffee. We serve people who care about origin, tradition, and the human story behind what they drink. From whole bean coffee to ground coffee and coffee pods, our goal is to make Salvadoran coffee accessible while protecting the quality and identity of the farm.

The next chapter of La Loma Quality Coffee is about sharing this heritage with more people in the United States and beyond. Every cup is a continuation of the same work that began generations ago: honoring the land, improving the product, and telling the story of Salvadoran coffee with pride.
